understanding is key

Over the  course of 10 weeks our group assessed if a repair manual was necessary for the community to maintain their water filter and freezer. The water filter worked without issue until towards the end of our 10-week observation when it encountered a problem that the community was unable to identify or fix.

We expect that the addition of a comprehensive repair manual will help the people be more independent as well as continue to develop their skills in construction as they maintain their new technology.

This manual will ideally be provided to a single expert from Agbokpa. They will receive the most extensive education on the function of the filter and freezer in order to successfully apply the provided instructions as well as teach and employ others.
